Corn Casserole

Corn Casserole

For many years, this recipe has graced my sister-in-law’s table around the holidays. Thinking about corn casserole gives me a nostalgic feeling, reminded of sharing stories with family over mulled wine. While delicious served hot out of the oven and crispy and warm, I think I may enjoy it more leftover and cold from the refrigerator. Just me?

Admittedly, this isn’t the healthiest recipe I have, but I had to share. On your next cheat day or when you’re feeling something hearty and cheesy, give this a try. This holiday staple tastes great year-round.
