Grilled Hummus Flatbread with Roasted Corn and Berries

The sights, sounds and smells of summer abound at the farm. One of the most distinctive tastes of summer is blackberries. Warm, sweet and deep, they are a true flavor enhancer – the “salt” of the fruit world. To create this appetizer, I paired grilled gluten-free flatbread and hummus with heavenly blackberries, Bing cherries and a fresh pesto. Grab a glass of wine and head out to the deck. Your best evening is about to begin.
