Why Corn?

As a mom, I believe in feeding my family the most wholesome food and ingredients available. I’m passionate about the health benefits of corn. Corn is a great gluten-free alternative. I’ve had friends who have either had Celiac disease, or their doctor recommended a gluten alternative, and my first recommendation is corn.

Corn is rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. These health benefits play a significant role in the prevention of digestive ailments like constipation, hemorrhoids, and colorectal cancer. Corn can also act as an anti-carcinogenic agent to prevent Alzheimer’s and improve eyesight.
