Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Easter will be different for all of us this year. Whether it’s the missed church gathering or large family celebrations with an Easter egg hunt, it will not be the same.

Although it will be hard to do, I encourage you to keep up the social distancing and find new ways to make memories. On Saturday, we’ll color eggs and, later that day, put them in small baskets with some candy to deliver to friends’ and relatives’ front porches. On Sunday, I’ll cut the daffodils and tulips from the front yard for an easy centerpiece and turn on Zoom to share a virtual meal with our extended family.

If you’re looking for something to make, I’ve got an idea. This sweet salad fits right next to the leafy greens and adds some color to your buffet. It’s perfect for this year’s smaller family table, but large enough for you to have seconds. Enjoy and take care!
